To commit to gaining or not

Not a bad way to experiment really I did it that way.
I found I enjoyed the extra weight and actually felt a lot better physically because I was on the skinny side.
I had no curves and I was tired of buying clothes in the jr's section.

Why not let the two sides of yourself struggle against each other until one wins: Come home at night and stuff yourself until you can't move. Then go pound it in the gym the next day and try to work it all off. Go home and stuff again. Eventually one side will win. You'll either stay thin, get super buff with nice muscle mass from all that working out and eating, or eventually get hopelessly fat. Just embrace the struggle at let your body decide for you.

Oh! I like that option! A bit like gambling, lol[/quote]

And if you like working out, why not even make a game out of it too see how long you can hold off the gain against your best efforts at eating as much as possible. It would necessitate you to set higher and higher goals for yourself to move the needle in either direction. You'll have to workout harder as your appetite increases which will probably lead to being more hungry afterwards. Incorporating strength training into your workout can help hold off the fat for a while. You'll gain some muscle instead of fat which will burn more calories. I think you have to fully commit to goals on both sides if you want it to be a fair fight between fat and fit. Imagine eventually ending up as this strong, fat girl, but no one knows it because your big muscles are hidden under so much fat.
